Vegetarian Pigs Ears

Vegetarian Ears are packed with the nutrition of vegetables! With only 2.9% fat, and 0.2% salt, an excellent option for dogs who need a low fat alternative.

Weight Management Program for your Pets

Our focus for this quarter is WEIGHT MANAGEMENT. It will run from Monday 3 October through until 31 December.

Weight management package includes:

 

  • 15 minute initial consult with one of our veterinarians (Mon-Fri between 10:30am and 4pm)

  • There will be a questionnaire for you to complete while you are waiting for yourinitial consultation. 

  • Your vet will perform a thorough clinical examination to assess your pet for their body condition score, to identify any possible underlying diseases that can lead to weigh problems and also to check for the presence of any weight related conditions such as such as arthritis and diabetes.

  • You will receie a program pack  which includes information on nutrition, a Royal canin booklet, food voucher and a toy

  • You will receive Dietary counselling for your pet 

  • You will need to return to the hospital with your pet once every fortnight for your pet's weigh-in sessions. This will take about 5 - 10 minutes with one of our registered vet nurses

  • Our nurse will record your pet's data in our computer program by Royal Canin called Slim Fit. You can receive a print out to show your progress along the way!

  • All patients will go into a competition for the patient losing largest percentage of body weight
